I Agree
- That I am at least 18 years old; that I may legally own the BeltSword System where I live. I understand the shipping service will request an adult signature in order to deliver the BeltSword System and or the RazorSwords.
- I agree not to produce/copy or conspire to produce/copy any of the proprietary designs/parts or elements from the BeltSword System and/or RazorRazor, LLC. This includes but is not limited to all patents, patents pending, and designs. I understand I may be subject to civil penalties and/or criminal penalties for the infringement of patents or the unauthorized use of proprietary materials and designs.
- I agree to be fully responsibility for any injury or death that I cause resulting from the deliberate or accidental use or improper use of any RazorRazor, LLC products.
- I agree to be fully responsibility for the violation of any laws; and to hold harmless RazorRazor, LLC, the owners, managers, and employees from any claims of liability that may arise from the purchase/ownership of the BeltSword System and any products from RazorRazor, LLC
- For reasons of liability that all RazorSword blades are shipped “not sharp” with a rounded edge.
- I agree that it is illegal to own, carry, or possess the fully assembled BeltSword System in California, Massachusetts, New York, and Canada.
- I agree that it is my responsibility to know and obey the laws; and as they pertain to the use, possession, and transportation of the BeltSword System.
- I agree that the BeltSword System (when concealed outside the customers own private residence) is an illegal concealed weapon.
- I agree and understand that RazorRazor, LLC does not know or pretend to know the laws as they may pertain to the BeltSword System in your state.
California, Massachusetts, New York, and Canada: The completed BeltSword System is illegal to own or possess. (You may purchase the RazorSwords and components) RazorRazor will not ship the leather belt to complete the BeltSword System which makes it a concealed weapon. It is illegal to punch holes in your belt and created a containment system for the RazorSwords in the above states and Canada.
